This article comes from an independent information site, not from the operator. It describes the responsible-gambling tools that Avocasino (operated by Hazy Ltd under a licence from Anjouan) actually publishes, as checked on 2 October 2026 on the operator's own pages, and adds general advice. Gambling is only for adults aged 18 or over (or the higher legal age where you live). It costs money; it is not a way to earn it.
In short (checked 2 October 2026):
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly and monthly limits appear in the account interface.
- Self-exclusion: requested by email to [email protected] for 6 months to 5 years; the operator says it cannot be undone.
- External help: the Responsible Gaming page links to BeGambleAware.
- Not found on the pages checked: loss limits, session timers, reality checks or a short cooling-off break.
An earlier version of this article listed loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and tools "two clicks away". None of that was confirmed by the operator's pages, so it has been removed.
What the operator's pages show
The main source is the Responsible Gaming page (https://avocasino.com/en/info/responsible-gaming), dated "Last updated: 10.06.2024". It contains general advice, the self-exclusion procedure and a link to BeGambleAware. Deposit limits are not described there in detail; they appear in the account interface texts ("Your residual daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit").
| Tool | Status on 2 October 2026 | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit limit (daily / weekly / monthly) | Available according to the interface texts; how to set it and how long an increase takes is not described publicly | Account interface |
| Self-exclusion (6 months – 5 years) | Request by email; cannot be undone | Responsible Gaming page |
| Help organisation | Link to BeGambleAware | Responsible Gaming page |

Deposit limits: the only built-in money cap
Because no loss or wagering limit is published, the deposit limit is the only built-in way to cap how much money goes into the account. A few points make it more useful:
- Set it before the first deposit, on a calm day. Decisions made after a losing session tend to be worse.
- Use the monthly limit as your budget and a lower daily or weekly limit as a brake, so one bad evening cannot use up the whole month.
- Find out how changes work. The public pages do not say whether a reduction applies immediately or whether an increase is delayed. If the account settings do not show it, ask support in writing ([email protected]) so you have a record of the answer.
- Remember the deposit rules. Avocasino's terms require each deposit to be wagered at least three times before it can be withdrawn, and refunds are only possible if there has been no gaming activity. In practice, treat any money you deposit as money you are going to play with.
How a bonus increases the amount of play
Bonuses deserve their own responsible-gambling note, because the wagering requirement decides how much and how long you have to play. On Avocasino's welcome package the requirement is (bonus + deposit) x35, with a maximum bet of €5 and 10 days to complete it.
Worked example. Assumptions: a €100 first deposit that triggers the 150% tier, an average RTP of 96%, and all wagering on games that count 100%.
- Bonus: 150% of €100 = €150, so the balance is €250.
- Required turnover: (€100 + €150) × 35 = €8,750.
- At the €5 maximum bet, that is at least 1,750 bets within 10 days.
- Expected loss at 96% RTP: 4% × €8,750 = €350, which is more than the whole €250 balance.
Any single attempt can end better or worse, but on average a bonus of this size keeps you playing far longer than the deposit alone would. If your aim is to limit time and money, declining the bonus is a perfectly reasonable choice. The full package is explained in the welcome package guide.
Self-exclusion: what to check before asking for it
According to the Responsible Gaming page, self-exclusion is requested by email to [email protected] for a period between 6 months and 5 years, and it cannot be undone once it is in place. That is deliberate: it protects you from changing your mind in a weak moment. Before sending the request, it helps to clarify a few things:
- Your balance. The page does not explain what happens to money left in the account, so ask in the same email. Note that a withdrawal request cancels active bonuses (Terms 17.10.3) and that withdrawals are capped at €500 per day.
- Sister brands. The Anjouan licence register lists avocasino.com under the same licensee as aerobet.com, casino-bello.com, casinobello.com, golobet.com and loonabet.com. The operator does not say whether a self-exclusion covers those sites, so ask explicitly, or exclude yourself from each one.
- Marketing. Ask for emails and messages to stop as well, and unsubscribe yourself.
- Other sites. Excluding yourself from one casino does not block others. National self-exclusion registers usually cover only operators licensed in that country, so they generally do not reach an offshore-licensed site. Blocking software for your devices (for example Gamban or BetBlocker) adds another layer.
What is missing, and how to fill the gap yourself
- No session timer or reality check: set an alarm on your phone before you start and stop when it rings.
- No loss limit: decide on a stop-loss in advance (for example half of the session budget) and close the site when you reach it.
- No short cooling-off option: if you only need a few days off, the published options are a lower deposit limit or full self-exclusion. You can ask support whether a temporary account block is possible, but the operator does not publish one.
- An outdated policy text: the Responsible Gaming page was last updated in June 2024 and defines the "Company" as a Curaçao company, while the operator is Hazy Ltd in Anjouan; the Terms (15.5) also refer to Curaçao law. These contradictions do not remove the tools, but they show the policy text has not been kept carefully up to date.
Habits that help (general advice)
- Gamble only with money left after rent, bills and savings, and see losses as the price of entertainment.
- Split the budget into small units and bet one unit at a time.
- Never chase losses: money you have lost is not "owed back" to you.
- Do not play when tired, angry, stressed or after drinking.
- Never borrow, use credit or take loans to gamble.
- Take regular breaks and keep time for other things you enjoy.
Warning signs
Consider talking to someone if you notice that you spend more money or time than planned, try to win back losses, borrow money or sell things to gamble, hide gambling from people close to you, feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down, gamble to escape problems, or neglect work, study or family.
Where to get help
The operator links to BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org). Other free and confidential options include GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org). Many countries also have national helplines, and a doctor can point you to local services.
If something goes wrong: complaints
If a limit or a self-exclusion is not respected, write to [email protected] and keep copies of everything. Avocasino's Terms (section 14) say complaints go to support and that "Our judgment is final"; no independent dispute body is named. Under the Anjouan regulator's rules, if the operator does not resolve a complaint within 30 days, you can take it to an approved ADR provider at the operator's cost (EGIS ADR, Axion ADR, iGaming ADR or CADRE B.V.; list: https://anjouangaming.com/resources/authorized-adr-providers/). Licence details are on the licensing page.
Frequently asked questions
Does Avocasino offer deposit limits?
Yes. The account interface shows daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits. The public pages do not explain how quickly a change takes effect, so check this in your account or ask support by email.
Can a self-exclusion at Avocasino be cancelled?
No. According to the operator's Responsible Gaming page, self-exclusion is requested by email for a period of 6 months to 5 years and cannot be undone.
Does Avocasino have loss limits or session reminders?
None were found on the operator's pages checked on 2 October 2026. Use a phone alarm to limit time, and a deposit limit plus your own stop-loss to limit money.
