This guide covers how deposits work at Avocasino (avocasino.com): what payment information the operator publishes, the currencies it lists, the rules attached to every deposit, refunds and the deposit limits you can set. avocasino.app is an independent information site, not the operator. Brand facts were checked on the operator's own pages on 2 October 2026.

Note: this address previously carried a list of "beginner slots" with RTP figures and wagering-contribution claims that were not taken from the operator's terms. That content has been removed and replaced with a payments guide that matches the page address.

Who you are paying

Avocasino is operated by Hazy Ltd (registration number 16169, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros) under Anjouan licence ALSI-152406050-FI4. The Anjouan register mirror lists that licence as valid until 29 June 2027. The terms also name PLICKON LIMITED, registered in Cyprus (HE 455843), as a payment agent for Hazy Ltd. Knowing both names helps when you check a payment confirmation or a card statement.

Payment methods: shown only in the cashier

The Terms and the Payments page describe methods only in general terms: "debit or credit card, e-wallet, bank transfer or all available deposit methods". The concrete list appears only in the cashier after you log in, and some methods are not available in some countries. Cash and cheques are not accepted.

What the public pages do not publish (checked 2 October 2026): a full list of methods, deposit fees, minimums per method or processing times per method. If any of that matters to you, open the cashier before depositing or ask support ([email protected] or live chat). Crypto is mentioned in cashier text (crypto addresses and an exchange partner, chainvalley.pro), but no list of coins or network fees is published; see our article on what Avocasino publishes about crypto.

Accepted currencies

The operator's FAQ lists ten account currencies:

RegionCurrencies
EuropeEUR, HUF, NOK, PLN, CZK
AmericasUSD, CAD, BRL
OceaniaAUD, NZD

The bonus tiers and withdrawal limits in the terms are written in euros; the public pages we checked do not show the equivalent amounts for other currencies, so check them in the cashier. If your local currency is not on the list (the Turkish lira, for example, is not), your bank or payment provider may convert the payment and charge its own conversion fee.

Rules attached to every deposit

  • Your own money only: deposits must come from your own payment methods; third-party deposits are not allowed.
  • 3x turnover: each deposit must be wagered at least three times before you can withdraw. The terms present this as an anti-money-laundering rule, and a withdrawal can be refused if your total bets are lower than your last deposit.
  • Same route back: withdrawals go to the same method and details used for the deposit.
  • One account: one account per person, household, IP address and device (Terms 3.1–3.2).
  • Age: 18 or the higher legal age in your country.

A simple example of the 3x rule. Assumptions: you deposit €50 and play slots with a 96% RTP. Before withdrawing you must place €150 in bets. The expected cost of that turnover is about 4% of €150, or €6. That is an average, not a promise: a single session can end far above or far below it. If you deposit by mistake and want the money back without playing, use the refund rules below instead of trying to withdraw.

How a deposit triggers the welcome bonus

The size of each of your first four deposits decides which welcome tier you receive. On the first deposit, €20 gives 50% up to €400 + 30 free spins, €35 gives 100% up to €500 + 50 FS, €50 gives 125% up to €700 + 75 FS and €100 gives 150% up to €1,500 + 100 FS. The bonus comes with x35 wagering on bonus plus deposit, a €5 maximum bet and 10 days to finish, and Live Casino is off-limits while it is active. Requesting a withdrawal cancels any active bonus. All tiers and a worked example are in our welcome bonus guide.

The public pages we checked do not explain how to deposit without taking the bonus. If you prefer to play without wagering conditions, ask support before the deposit, not after.

Refunds

A deposit can be refunded only if there has been no gaming activity with it. The request must be made within 7 days (30 days if you claim that someone accessed your account without authorisation), and refunds are processed within 14 business days. Once you have played with a deposit, the normal withdrawal rules apply instead.

Deposit limits and other controls

The account interface includes daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits (it shows your "residual" limit for each period). Setting one before your first deposit is the simplest way to keep spending within a budget you chose in advance. The responsible gaming page (last updated 10.06.2024) also offers self-exclusion by email to support for 6 months to 5 years, which cannot be undone. No session timers, reality checks or loss limits are published. More in our article on Avocasino's responsible gaming tools.

Withdrawals in brief

  • Verification: the first withdrawal requires identity verification (KYC): ID, proof of address, photos of the card (first 6 and last 4 digits visible, CVV covered), a bank statement and proof of ownership of other methods. The operator says verification can take up to 72 hours after all documents are submitted.
  • Processing time: the Terms (6.6) and the Payments page (3.6) say three banking days; the Guide (5.4) says two. The documents contradict each other, so plan on three.
  • Limits: €500 per day and €15,000 per month; larger amounts are paid in monthly instalments.

Details, contradictions and timelines are in what Avocasino publishes about withdrawals.

Checklist before your first deposit

  1. Confirm your country is not excluded (Terms 2.1.2). Do not use a VPN: the terms treat it as fraud.
  2. Open the cashier and note the methods, minimums and any fees shown for your country.
  3. Choose an account currency you intend to keep.
  4. Decide whether you want the welcome bonus, and ask support first if you do not.
  5. Set a deposit limit.
  6. Deposit only money you can afford to lose. Gambling is entertainment, not income.
