Avocasino VIP Programme: Levels, Thresholds and Gaps

Illustration of a casino loyalty ladder with several VIP levels

In short (checked 2 October 2026): Avocasino's VIP page publishes level names and the amounts of bets and deposits each level requires. It does not publish what a level is worth in money. An earlier version of this article described "five tiers from Bronze to Diamond with 5–10% cashback"; nothing on the operator's pages supports that, and it has been removed.

Loyalty programmes are often the least transparent part of a casino offer. This article goes through what the operator's VIP page (avocasino.com/en/vip), promotions page and terms actually say about the Avocasino VIP programme, what they leave out, and what reaching a level costs in turnover. This site is an independent information site, not the operator, and every brand fact below was checked on the operator's pages on 2 October 2026.

The levels on the VIP page

The VIP page shows a ladder of named levels. Each level comes with a betting figure and a deposit figure:

LevelBetsDeposits
Beginner€500€100
Explorer€1,500€500
Adventurer€3,000€750
Challenger€10,000€1,500
Hero€50,000€10,000
Elite€160,000€15,000
Master€320,000€30,000
Champion€500,000€50,000

The ladder continues beyond Champion; those higher levels are not listed here. The page also shows points and a reward cell for each level, but the reward cells contain bare numbers with no currency sign, percentage or other unit. From the public page alone you cannot tell whether a number means euros, coins, free spins or something else. We also found no explanation on the pages checked of whether both the betting and the deposit figure must be reached, or over what period they are counted. If either point matters to you, ask support and keep the answer in writing.

What the operator links to VIP status

  • Wheel of Fortune. The promotions page offers one spin a day for a deposit of €30 or more and says the prizes (coins, free spins or a cash bonus) depend on your VIP level. Bonus money from the wheel has x40 wagering with a maximum win of x5; free-spin winnings have x40 wagering and a €100 cap. Section 21.3 of the terms says spins are "earned by wagering", which does not match the promotions page.
  • Status match. Under "Already a VIP at another casino?" you can ask in live chat for a comparable level. The review takes up to 72 hours and the request can be refused. Possible benefits are mentioned (increased cashback, personal bonuses, a personal manager), but without figures or conditions.
  • Withdrawal limits. The terms set €500 per day and €15,000 per month and say limits may differ by payment method, promotion, risk assessment or VIP status. No higher limit for any level is published.
  • Coins and the Shop. Players collect coins: one per €100 wagered plus 5% of each deposit. Shop bonuses carry x40 wagering within 3 days with a maximum release of 5x; shop spin winnings carry x40 with a €100 cap. The pages checked do not say whether coins and VIP points are the same thing.

Cashback: interface strings, not published terms

The text bundle that the operator's website loads in the background contains strings for a weekly cashback of 10% up to €500 and for VIP cashback levels of 0, 0, 5, 10 and 15%. On the public pages we checked, none of this appears as an offer with terms, so we treat it as unconfirmed. The same bundle still contains an older "VIP welcome" banner of "600% up to €8,000 + 400 FS", which conflicts with the current welcome card ("up to 600% + 450 FS"). If cashback is a reason for you to play, ask support for the current written terms: the percentage, the level it starts at, whether it is calculated on net losses and what wagering applies to it.

What is not published

  • A money value for the reward of any level.
  • Whether, and from which level, a personal manager is assigned.
  • Concrete higher withdrawal limits or faster processing for VIP players. The processing time in the terms is three banking days for everyone (the Guide page says two).
  • Birthday gifts, private tournaments, trips or events: none are mentioned on the pages checked.
  • Rules for keeping or losing a level: we found none on the pages checked.

What a level costs: simple turnover maths

Bet thresholds count total stakes, not losses, and the same money can be staked many times. The expected cost of reaching a level is roughly the required bets multiplied by the house edge (1 − RTP). Assumptions for the table: an average RTP of 96% (a common figure for slots; the real RTP depends on the game and is shown in its info panel), no bonus money, and every euro staked counts in full towards the threshold.

LevelBets requiredExpected loss at 96% RTP
Beginner€500€20
Explorer€1,500€60
Adventurer€3,000€120
Challenger€10,000€400
Hero€50,000€2,000
Elite€160,000€6,400
Master€320,000€12,800
Champion€500,000€20,000

These are long-run averages. Real results swing widely in both directions, especially on high-volatility slots, and a lower RTP makes every figure higher. The VIP page does not say how different games count towards progress. Because the reward of each level is not published in money, you cannot compare the expected cost with the value of what you get. That is the main weakness of the programme as it is published today.

How to approach it sensibly

  • Treat VIP progress as a side effect of play you would do anyway, never as a reason to bet more.
  • Before chasing a level, ask support (live chat or [email protected]) what the next level gives in concrete terms, and save the reply.
  • Read the terms of any VIP-related bonus: wagering, the €5 maximum bet, win caps and validity.
  • For a status match, remember that you will be sharing details of your play at another casino, and the request can still be refused.
  • Set a deposit limit first: the account interface offers daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits.

Gambling is for adults (18+) and is not a way to make money. If you notice that you are depositing to reach the next level rather than for entertainment, stop and take a break. The operator offers self-exclusion through support for six months to five years; our article on responsible gaming tools at Avocasino explains what is available.
