Illustration of a casino withdrawal request moving through verification and processing

In short (checked 2 October 2026): the operator does not publish withdrawal times for individual payment methods. Its terms promise processing within three banking days (the Guide page says two), the first withdrawal requires verification that can take up to 72 hours, and the standard limits are €500 a day and €15,000 a month. An earlier version of this article claimed crypto payouts "in minutes" and card payouts within two hours; nothing on the operator's pages supports those figures, and they have been removed.

"Fast withdrawals" is one of the most repeated claims in casino marketing and one of the hardest to check. This article collects what Avocasino's own documents say about getting money out: the Terms and Conditions (avocasino.com/en/info/terms-and-conditions), the Payments page (/en/info/payments), the Guide (/en/info/guide) and the KYC policy. Where those documents disagree, we show both versions. This site is independent and is not the operator.

Processing time: three banking days, or two?

Section 6.6 of the terms and section 3.6 of the Payments page say withdrawals are processed "within three (3) banking days". Section 5.4 of the Guide says "within two banking days". The operator's own documents therefore contradict each other. Because the terms are the contract you accept when you register, we would plan on three banking days. Banking days are usually understood as working days, so weekends and public holidays do not count.

Two further points are not published at all: how long each payment method takes after the operator has processed the request (card schemes, e-wallets, bank transfers and crypto networks each add their own time), and whether processing starts when you submit the request or only after verification is complete.

Before the first withdrawal: verification (KYC)

The KYC policy (last updated 1 June 2025) describes three steps:

  1. Step 1: a form with your personal data, required from every player before withdrawing.
  2. Step 2: a photo of your ID together with a six-digit number, for deposits or withdrawals over €500.
  3. Step 3: proof of the source of your wealth, over €5,000.

For some countries ("region two") lower thresholds of USD 1,000 and USD 2,500 apply. The Guide page gives different figures again: step 2 over $2,000 and step 3 over $5,000. If you are close to a threshold, assume the stricter one applies.

For the first withdrawal the terms ask for:

  • a copy of your ID;
  • proof of address (a utility bill or official document issued within the last three months);
  • photos of both sides of your bank card, with only the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV covered;
  • a bank statement;
  • proof of ownership of any other payment method you used.

The policy says verification "can take up to 72 hours" after all documents have been submitted, and that documents can be requested at any time. The site's cookie settings allow camera access for forms.kycaid.com, which suggests that the identity check runs through the KYCAID service.

Rules that can block or delay a withdrawal

  • Deposit turnover: every deposit must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal (an anti-money-laundering rule). A withdrawal can be refused if your total bets are lower than your last deposit.
  • Bonuses: under section 17.10.3 of the terms, a withdrawal request forfeits all active bonuses.
  • Same method: withdrawals go to the same method and details you used to deposit, and only payment methods in your own name are allowed.
  • One request at a time: only one pending withdrawal per payment method; with some methods, only one request per 24 hours.
  • One account: one account per person, household, IP address and device. Duplicate accounts can be closed and winnings voided.
  • No VPN: section 10.3 treats hiding your location with a VPN or proxy as fraud, with blocked accounts and forfeited balances.

Limits: €500 a day, €15,000 a month

The standard limits are €500 per day and €15,000 per month (or the equivalent in another currency). Larger amounts are paid in monthly instalments. The terms add that limits may differ by payment method, promotion, risk assessment or VIP status, but no higher limit for any group is published.

Crypto withdrawals

The cashier texts mention crypto wallet addresses and an exchange partner, chainvalley.pro, for crypto on withdrawal. The public pages do not publish which coins are supported, what network fees apply or how long a crypto withdrawal takes, and the same three-banking-day rule, limits and KYC apply. Crypto transfers are irreversible once sent, so a wrong address or network cannot be undone. More in our article on what Avocasino publishes about crypto.

Timeline examples

Assumptions: banking days are Monday to Friday with no public holiday in between; the operator uses its maximum stated times; the payment provider's own time is not included because it is not published.

SituationCalculationLatest processing date under the terms
Verified account, €400 requested on Monday morning, no active bonus, deposits wagered 3x3 banking days: Tue, Wed, ThuThursday (Wednesday according to the Guide)
First withdrawal, documents complete on Friday at 18:00KYC up to 72 h → Monday 18:00; then 3 banking days (assuming processing starts after KYC)Thursday of the following week
Balance of €3,000€500 per day → at least 6 separate days; only one pending request per methodAt least six days, longer if each request must be completed before the next
Balance of €20,000€15,000 per month cap (which €500 a day also implies over 30 days)€15,000 over the first month, the remaining €5,000 in the next

Under the KYC policy, withdrawals over €500 also trigger step 2 and over €5,000 step 3 (the policy does not say whether a single transaction or a total is meant), so larger balances usually mean more paperwork.

Practical checklist

  • Upload your documents early, before you need to withdraw.
  • Deposit only with a method in your own name that you can also use to withdraw.
  • Decide before claiming a bonus: requesting a withdrawal cancels it.
  • Keep screenshots of each request and of your chats with support.
  • If processing takes longer than three banking days after verification, contact [email protected] in writing. Section 14 of the terms says the operator's judgment is final, but the Anjouan licence offers a complaint route through approved dispute-resolution providers; see our licensing page.

Gambling is for adults (18+) and is not a way to make money. Only deposit what you can afford to lose, and once you have decided to withdraw, do not play the balance back. If you need a break, the operator offers deposit limits and self-exclusion.
